It was very hard for me to go long distances so to be able to go to LensCrafters a mile up the road was very convenient. Carsen was so gracious on the phone and kindly invited me into the store. I waited maybe 15 minutes and she fixed my glasses in five minutes or less free of charge. What a kindness during such a hard time. You were a godsend Carsen. Thank you!
