I went in today to look at buying over the counter readers for the first time. My optician was so helpful and so kind! They helped me pick the right power and gave advice on the style that looked the best! And even adjusted them for me! I will definitely be going back when it’s time to get new prescription glasses!

Katie the optician who assisted me in choosing my frames was very helpful. She was quite knowledgeable, patient and friendly. The store has a wide range of fashionable frames at price points for everyone’s budget. The combination of my Aetna PPO insurance and my Target red card covered 55% of the retail price of my glasses. As a retiree on a fixed income, I’m a happy camper.

Just went here to get some glasses adjusted, and the three people I interacted with were the sweetest! The person adjusting my glasses took their time and was so careful with them and patient with me. I’m not a patient here, but if Target took my insurance I’d switch here in a heartbeat just based on how lovely this experience was. (I am using hypnosis on Target; you want to accept VSP sooo bad right now.)

I am SHOOK by how amazing my first experience was here. As a fair skinned girlie, I struggle to find glasses that suit my complexion, but Katie literally went to WORK and found me the perfect pair (they not only suit my skin tone but also snatch my cheek bones to the heavens). This is actually the first time I’m excited to wear glasses lol. Absolutely recommend requesting her if you go! Dr. Razzano was also incredible, he was so easy to talk to, I literally could have spent hours talking to him. 10/10, highly recommend! :)
