My appointment with Rachel was smooth and divine!! She did an awesome job as being timely, courteous and helpful through out the whole process!! What really impressed me was her ability to get the insurance company to process and activate my benefits!!! The insurance company kept saying it was inactive. She very easily assisted me to select eyeware, that not only was within my budget, but it was tasteful and accented my facial features with true skill and made me look good!!! Dr Razzanos exam was quick and thorough, and he took the time to fully explain everything about my eye health and what was going on with my vision@!! Thank you so much, Miss Rachel for your excellent customer service and Dr Razzano for your professional eye care!!I will be back to pick them up soon!!!! I must give 10 stars!!! (This app only allows me to give 5!!) Great job!!!

I was a patient here for a few years until last year. Every time I tried to order contacts from a different provider like 1800contacts, they were never able to get in touch with anyone here to verify my prescription. Yet every time I would call this Target Optical, they would answer the phone. Which makes it seem like they intentionally ignore and avoid verifying your prescription to try to force you to order with them which is dirty. The last order I placed through Target Optical online never arrived and their customer service would not replace them because I couldn’t remember which of the multiple doctors at this office wrote my prescription that year. I do not recommend Target Optical because the customer experience is atrocious.
