I cannot say enough wonderful things about Target Optical on Olentangy River Road in Columbus! I recently went in for my annual eye exam and to shop for new glasses, including a pair of AI Meta glasses. Choosing the right frame and color can be overwhelming, especially when you want something that truly complements your face, but the team made the entire experience exceptional. Katie was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. She took the time to help me explore different frame options and never made me feel rushed. She also went above and beyond by helping me complete an insurance claim on an older pair of glasses, which allowed me to get new lenses for only $25—a huge bonus! Erin was equally amazing. She encouraged me to step slightly outside of my comfort zone when selecting my frames and color, and her confidence and expertise helped me choose something I absolutely love. Sometimes all you need is a little reassurance from someone who knows what looks great! Dr. Razzano (also known as Joe) was fantastic. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to carefully explain my exam results and imaging in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed and truly appreciated the personalized attention. I have been coming to Target Optical for six years, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep returning.
