  We had a wonderful experience with Chauncey at StretchLab Gahanna! He worked with my 12-year-old daughter and was patient, professional, and very knowledgeable. He made her feel comfortable, explained what he was doing, and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. She left feeling noticeably looser and more mobile. I truly appreciated how well he worked with a young athlete and would highly recommend him!

  The concept is good but will never do a contract with them again. They do not take in consideration life things come up like waking up sick and you can’t make it. If you cancel and it’s not 24 hours before the appointment that’s just a lost session. I did my 3 month commitment and paid for it on time told them I didn’t want to renew they’re charging me because it’s not a 30 day notice. I only committed to 3 months and I paid for 3 months so actually they are stealing from the customers. Concept awesome but would not recommend doing a contract.

  I initially want the introductory special and was going to go back as needed. But I felt so good after that 50 minute stretch that I signed up for the 3 month membership. Now that I’m in the 1st week of the 2nd month I can give a true opinion of the benefits. My whole left side was in pain when I started, my shoulder, my hip and my knee. I’ve since learned that I have frozen shoulder and with the stretches each week I gain more and more movement back. My hip feels restored which makes my back and knee feel better. I cycle a lot and these stretch sessions have improved my comfortable and sustainability for long distance rides. Stiffness and tightness is a real thing and if you let it go you can learn to live with it and it will cause you pain and you can learn to live with that as well . But why, come get stretch try the special at least. I will continue after my 3 month membership and I will never allow my most to get stiff and tight again. By the way that staff are so much fun. Jake, Chauncey, Melodie, Noah and my favorite Brock are whom I’ve met so far and have been knowledgeable, accommodating and gracious host. Give them a try and tell them Kelli sent you.
