- EMEly MargolisJun 22, 20261.0My optical experience here was fine… but when my insurance stopped covering Target Optical I stopped going, and then received increasingly desperate communications to schedule an appointment that became increasingly spammy and WILL NOT STOP. There does not seem to be an opt out button… I have received mail, email, phone calls… and now rather than asking if I want an appointment they are making up random fake appointments and asking me to confirm them. NO THANKS.

For the exam I was told after arriving that they now require an eye scan that my insurance does not cover, and when ordering glasses they automatically added a $45 protection plan that they did not ask about or mention in the costs, so I suggest double checking everything.
