But, after my visit at the Georgesville Square store on Tuesday of this week I need to say something. I've been going to this store to get my exams and glasses probably 3-4 years and have had really good experiences there. But, this past Tuesday I went in to the store with my broken glasses to see if they could repair them, since I purchased them there. I went up to the counter and had asked about repairing my glasses. The young lady atbthe counter was getting ready to help me when I am thinking the the doctor For the day there over heard the conversation and asked me to wait a minute. She came back with a business card for a repair shop. Now first off they way that I was treated by the doctor as a bother. Which was not nice to me. I don't know if they do repairs for the glasses purchased there, or not. I was brushed off with a business card. A small statement of we don't repair glasses here, or even our glasses as well. In our economy especially todays economy a small nice conversation to let me know if they do, or do not do repair of glasses especially their glasses. Finally my last words are this. I was just given my walking papers to find a new establishment for glasses and exams. I may be one person who is leaving right now. But if this is whats going to happen more often from this doctor there then I will hope that the next person she is rude to they leave as well. It is sad to me as they are just a 15 minute drive to this shop. Now I will be going somewhere else thats further from me. Which has now inconvenienced me as a consumer. Good bye Pearle Vision. Hello to my new optical home.
