- RRRoger RardinSep 8, 20241.0jarrett and janet were very good my problem was with a traveling person who was taking care of me after jarretts exam,after fitting me and activating hearing device she ( the traveling person) after i told her i wasnt doing this as in not buying hearing device she started bullying me refusing my refusal continued adjustments after that was over she wanted a signature on paperwork,i said im not doing this she said to reverse transaction will take 1/2 hour and theres 2 people ahead of you which she threatened to make me wait 2 more hours,i replied i'll just go home thats when attitude changed she tried to be nice but for me to put up with her rudeness and threats,she had me take home a sample but she got me so mad as thats no way to treat a customer,so after i left i looked at the contract for a loan for sales and she inflated my income,which is lying,and 22.9% interest, i figured she recieves commission and i returned ear device and cancelled it took 2-3 minutes not the half hour she claimed,because after the mistreatment she provided and the lies i wasnt letting her to recieve her commission off my back,worst incident i've gone thru being a customer,i'm sure if she reads this she'll ask herself what did i do,she'll never claim her actions and how wrong she was after 26 years with her company,her intensitly she'll never admit what went on in that room was so wrong,

My Mom went from having extreme hearing problems to hearing great emely dose a great job and resolved all of her issues.she dose a great job all the time in helping my mom with her needs. She is a very nice lady we are so blessed to have her as a doctor. We are very pleased with her service at Miracle Ear.
