I stopped in since I purchased them at a LensCrafters back in Mentor within a year and they were still under warranty. Unfortunately, Ray-Bans have special nose pieces and need to be ordered, which would be a bummer. A'lek was able to figure out a temporary solution so I could still enjoy our time down here. Absolutely amazing service and her manager should be proud to have such a great employee!
