I was just getting a prescription for patches for a shoulder injury and the insurance didn’t approve it because it’s available over-the-counter, but he was able to find a version that was approved by Cheryl without me even having to ask, he can tell this guy cares about people and what’s to help

I called ahead to check if my son's prescription was ready before I showed up and spoke to a very rude attendant, she made it sound as if I interrupted her lunch. Arriving at the pharmacy I was pretty upset about the phone conversation but had a totally different experience with Tiffany. She was extremely helpful the whole time & engaged me in meaningful friendly and professional conversation. She even waited for me to get a text with my care source card. This made my day.
