Because my MRA balance was not enough at the time, I asked your agent to hold the order until the insurance issue was resolved. Today, when I called the office, I was told the total is suddenly 770 dollars, and I was also told that you do not have the order or details, even though I specifically asked for the order to be printed and was told it was saved in my file. This is unacceptable. I need you to explain why the price changed from 470 to 770, why the original order is no longer in my file, and why I was told one thing on the day of the visit and something completely different now. Please review my file and provide a clear breakdown of the charges and what happened to the original order. Based on this experience, I do not feel comfortable returning unless this is resolved properly.
