- JWJackie WilliamsJun 14, 20263.0I went in expecting to see the optometrist I had previously seen but he wasn’t there and there was another optometrist filling in. I get that doctors are human and get sick or need to take vacations like everyone else, but I think it’s more courteous to notify patients in advance and give them the option to decide to be seen or wait. The fill in was knowledgeable but not a good listener and now I have a contacts prescription I’m not interested in filling because the fill in wrote it without my input. The three stars are for the office itself and the other staff who helped me.
