I get that doctors are human and get sick or need to take vacations like everyone else, but I think it’s more courteous to notify patients in advance and give them the option to decide to be seen or wait. The fill in was knowledgeable but not a good listener and now I have a contacts prescription I’m not interested in filling because the fill in wrote it without my input. The three stars are for the office itself and the other staff who helped me.

The whole office was very friendly and helpful especially with insurance coverage and pricing. They helped me stay in my budget while giving me as much coverage for my glasses to do so. They also helped me with picking out my style when I was stuck between a few different choices in frames. The Dr. was great and explain everything clearly and helped me under terminology I wasn’t familiar with. Everyone took their time with me and I didn’t feel rushed. It was such a great experience, I’d definitely recommend them to others and will be returning as well!
