To clarify: we are not upset about insurance policies; we are upset by how we were treated and by Amber interrupting a private conversation. Additionally, insinuating that this review had anything to do with ethnicity is baseless and offensive, as I had no idea what her heritage was until reading your response. Most importantly, by publicly discussing our insurance coverage on Google, your office has committed a profound violation of federal privacy laws under HIPAA. I was originally going to let this go after notifying my insurer, but your defensive and illegal response has ensured that I will now be filing formal complaints with federal regulators. Your staff's behavior is entirely unacceptable
- CLC LJun 1, 20261.0I had a very negative experience right from the start. I called to schedule an appointment and the lady who took my call was rude and condescending. Immediate turn off and drew me away immediately. I had asked a question about my insurance coverage and then about the closest availability for a consultation and she answered in the most bare minimum way in a monotone and rude tone, and blankly stated they were booked out until July and August without following up. I originally wrote it off as normal, but the next office I called responded in a very polite, respectful manner and explained the insurance coverage to me. The difference was night and day. I do not recommend this clinic and there are other places that will provide you with more respect, professionalism, and explanation. I usually don’t leave negative reviews but this experience rubbed me so wrong.
