- APAdeah ParkerMay 7, 20261.0My husband and I visited this office based on a high recommendation from our primary dentist. While our experience with the physician was incredible, the conduct of a staff member named Amber was appalling. She was unprovoked, combative, and hostile. She even interrupted a private conversation with my spouse regarding our co-payment, speaking to me in a condescending and belligerent manner. Having worked in healthcare for 14 years, I have never encountered such unprofessionalism. A quick search of Google reviews confirms this is a recurring pattern for her. Even after her manager intervened, she remained insubordinate. Due to this treatment, I will be reporting this incident to my insurance provider and the civil rights commission. . Proceed with caution and avoid Amber. Sincerely, Extremely disappointed patient
