My cat needed compounded medications, and their price was extraordinary! Honestly I'm considering changing my medications to their pharmacy, it was honestly a pleasant experience to get.
- CTcolten teeterAug 21, 20261.0Idiots to be honest they really tried to tell me I still had anthem on my insurance and couldn’t charge CareSource so I call Medicaid and anthem and no activity of this what idiots I haven’t had anthem since 2009 if you have Medicaid don’t come here they are moronic the place is in terrible condition and it’s an eye sore as well I’d never let me parents set foot in this establishment
- SHShiloh HawkinsAug 1, 20261.0Really fed up with Crosby’s. Stuck with them for years because I wanted to support a small business vs the big guys, but I can’t take it anymore. Every single time I call and ask for a refill of my monthly medication, after saying it by name, we go through this whole loop where they look at my 3 month meds instead- a DIFFERENT med entirely- and tell me I can’t refill it. It takes lots of convincing and repeating myself to get them to look at the RIGHT medication. Then they never have it in stock and have to order it. They always say they’ll call me when it’s in, and they never do. They don’t know what day it will arrive and it becomes a guessing game. The incompetence is just second to none. I also heard the pharmacist being super rude on the phone last time I went in to pick up my prescription. I’m just over it.
