- RMRichard MorrisonMar 11, 20265.0Update 3/12/2026 - The company called me back this morning. They owned that the mistake was on their side and apologized. The reason for lack of follow up once they explained it was very understandable. They have done everything to make this right and will be out to do the install this Monday 3/16. Very pleased with the outcome and how this company owned and made this right. I will recommend them in the future. I have been trying to get someone to call me back for over 6 weeks now to install grab bars that have been approved. I was promised that at the end of January someone would reach out to schedule an appointment. Have gotten no response. I have had the case worker reach out and still nothing. I would not recommend at this point and will have to start the whole process all over again to get approval with another installer.
