Everyone on your team was very caring and professional when handling our situation. They maded my mom very comfortable. She perked up whenever Erin Dziak arrived and she never left until she could see that mom was very comfortable. Your staff also took care of everything when she passed away called the funeral home cleaned her up and waited until she was pi cked up by the funeral home workers. The entire staff at Summit that worked with my family were very supportive , empathetic , gentle and kind.

She know what she is doing and helped with my confidence on how much i could do. On here last visit she even removed all my staples for me. I cant say enough how much we appreciate what she was able to do for my recovery. Thanks Katherine for all your help Steve
