Everyone on your team was very caring and professional when handling our situation. They maded my mom very comfortable. She perked up whenever Erin Dziak arrived and she never left until she could see that mom was very comfortable. Your staff also took care of everything when she passed away called the funeral home cleaned her up and waited until she was pi cked up by the funeral home workers. The entire staff at Summit that worked with my family were very supportive , empathetic , gentle and kind.

Felt it was an absolute waste of my time. Then came Joe, my PT. Absolutely amazing and personable. He got me to do what I would not have done without his help. He helped me get past my fears of getting up and trying to walk again. He did not make light of how I felt. He truly cared. He understood and made me want to try. I am so grateful to him and hope to have him for my second surgery. You cannot go wrong with this company. It is so worth it! I wouldn't be where I am without them. Thank you so much!
