Craniosacral Therapy is a deeply relaxing, hands-on technique that focuses on the bones of the head, spinal column, sacrum, and the underlying tissues. A Craniosacral therapist has learned to listen to the rhythm of the cranial sacral system to assess and treat the body. Using about five grams of pressure with gentle techniques the therapist can release areas of restriction to restore proper mobility and body functioning.

Reiki is an energy healing modality that treats the physical, mental, and spiritual imbalances of the body. The Reiki practitioner channels Universal Energy to the areas of your body where you need it most. This Universal Energy is all around us. You can feel it yourself by holding your hands close together, but not touching, and feel the warmth between your hands. That warmth is your own energy. A skilled practitioner is able to direct the flow of energy to areas of your body to remove blockages and allow the free flow of energy though your body. Infant Massage

Learn how to massage your infant! We can teach infant massage at any time! Baby does not have to be here yet! These sessions are ideally for infants to pre-crawlers, but the techniques learned can be applied to children of all ages! It is important to know that we will be teaching YOU how to massage an infant. Our therapists will have minimal to no contact with your baby. We recommend that you bring a baby blanket and that they are fed before your session. Private sessions are scheduled like a normal massage and are limited to the availability of the provider.

Menopause Massage

This deeply calming and rejuvenating 90 minute menopause massage treatment was designed by licensed massage therapist, Claire Marie Miller. The goal is to help calm the nervous system by using slow, rhythmic, and relaxing Swedish massage techniques to sooth the body and mind. This unique menopause massage includes calming Shiatsu compressions and acupressure techniques, gentle lymphatic massage strokes, and a foot reflexology treatment. In addition, a therapeutic oil scalp massage is included along with a detoxifying castor oil treatment for digestion, and a custom aromatherapy body treatment for serenity, cooling, and/or lymph movement. This luscious and nourishing full body treatment is ideal for women 35-90 years old or those adjusting to artificial menopause or premature menopause in their earlier years.
We offer Acupuncture that can help to promote a natural start to labor. During these sessions, we use specific acupuncture points to help signal to your body to begin labor. Acupuncture treatments before labor can help prepare your body for delivery. This service is available for a one time treatment, however, we do recommend a few treatments before delivery.

Community Acupuncture

Community acupuncture is acupuncture done in a group setting at a reduced rate. This special service offers our patients an alternative to full-priced treatments and allows for more flexibility with scheduling. This option is especially beneficial to patients who need more frequent treatments. Our community acupuncture is open to both new and current patients.*
At the Womb Wellness Center our community acupuncture allows for four people to be treated at a time. Each person is seated in a Zero Gravity chair, shoes and socks should be removed and placed under their chair. Jennifer will spend several minutes discussing your condition and then she will place needles in corresponding acupuncture points. Most needles will be inserted in the hands, feet, arms and legs - so please wear clothing that can access these areas easily. Needles will be retained for 30-40 minutes.

AcuGlow Facials

AcuGlow® is a high end facial rejuvenation system that combines oils, gua sha, facial cupping, light therapy to tighten skin, reduce wrinkles, and restore skin health naturally. Doula and Childbirth Services
We offer Birth and Postpartum doula services, childbirth education classes, and belly binding services.
Our Doula Services include:
• Initial Consultation: This allows us a chance to me meet and become
familiar with one another, answer questions, and to find out if we are a
good fit.
• Two-three Prenatal Doula Meetings: We meet to discuss your birth
preferences, birth preparation, pain coping techniques, and to spend
more time getting to know one another.
• Providing Continuous Physical and Emotional Support During your Birth:
We mother the mother within you and help your birth partner to be fully present to support you.
• Postpartum Doula Visit: We will discuss and recap the birth experience and
help you get adjusted as a family by providing assistance with necessary resources.

Our Unique Postpartum Doula Services:
Initial Consultation: This meeting allows us a chance to meet and become familiar with one another, answer questions, and to find out if we good fit. We can also work together to create a care plan for you and your family. Most families hire us before the birth but many find they need additional support than expected and hire us after the birth of their child. Call us anytime!
Postpartum doula services: Our services vary from day to day to meet your needs. Let us know what you need each day and we will be there to make sure you are well rested and the household is well cared for.
Length of Postpartum Services: This is all up to you. For day time postpartum doula services we start out with a minimum of two 4 hour days a week for two weeks. Then you can build on hours from there as needed. Our half day is at least 4 hours long and a full day is a maximum of 8 hours long. Let us know what you need and we can help you come up with the best schedule for your family. We are flexible and this schedule can always change by adding days or hours as needed.

Helps to build confidence in mothering and parenting by offering reassurance and encouragement
Facilitates and fosters bonding between mother and newborn and newborn and other family members

Bengkung belly binding is the art of wrapping a postpartum women's belly for physical support and to help hasten the recovery process after childbirth. This belly binding technique uses a long strip of cloth to wrap around around the abdomen from the hips to the ribcage. Women are traditionally wrapped as soon after birth as possible, ideally on day five and then worn for 40 days or longer as needed. We offer in office binding, binding with a postpartum massage, and binding in the comfort of your own home!
Placenta Encapsulation is the process of preparing a women's placenta into pills for her to consume during the weeks and months following her birth. The ingestion of the placenta is known as “placentophagy.” Many people believe that the purpose of placentophagy by the mother is to reintroduce the beneficial vitamins, minerals, hormones, proteins, and other nutrients to her body following labor and birth to help restore balance, hasten recovery, and boost her sense of well being.
This package includes placenta capsules, umbilical cord keepsake, and postpartum support and resources during your recovery.

I’ve had 3 massages at Womb, two while I was pregnant and one post-partum. All with different providers but each excellent and made me feel very comfortable.
