    I had the absolute best experience here today! I battled the horrible parking situation at the mall just to visit Warby Parker. Cora, who assisted me, was sincerely friendly, and helped me figure out my glasses in record time.

    I am very disappointed with my experience. I initially scheduled an eye exam because I was experiencing a specific vision problem. My vision is blurry to the point that I cannot read the text on my phone every morning when I wake up. I also have difficulty reading restaurant menus and other text at short distances. I explained these symptoms clearly to the doctor during my appointment because I was looking for answers and an appropriate solution and she said because I am in my 40’s that’s a normal thing . Unfortunately, I left feeling that my concerns were never fully addressed. The primary focus seemed to be on selling me glasses rather than identifying the cause of my vision problems. After purchasing the recommended lenses, I found that they did not resolve the issues I originally came in for. So I asked ChatGPT is it normal for people in their 40’s to have Blurry eyes every morning ? Here is ChatGPT answer below Not necessarily.     Owen was great and genuinely helped me. I bought 2 pairs: one with prescription and the other just sunglasses. I wanted to pay for the one with prescription using HSA and sunglasses out-of-pocket. He went extra mile to make sure he could save me from future headache by informing me that it’s best to put the two pairs on two separate receipts. He didn’t have to, but he did. The previous rep who was “helping” with my purchase was trying to rush me out. At least that’s how I feel. I assume he was toward the end of his shift, but come on! At least he could’ve introduced me to a different rep, so they could build rapport with me and actually try to understand my situation and need. The whole transaction (yes, I’m using that word because no rapport was built!) between me and the rep lasted less than 5 minutes. I left the store with unanswered questions and mistakes on my orders. The mistakes on the orders bought me back in the store 15 mins later, and I’m glad Owen was there to make it right. I’m looking forward to doing more business with Warby Parker in the future!

The entire process from my eye exam to purchasing my glasses was seamless, professional, and enjoyable. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable right away. The doctor was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The retail associate was equally fantastic helpful, attentive, and incredibly patient while helping me choose frames. They made what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming decision feel easy and fun. The entire team delivered outstanding customer service, and I truly felt cared for every step of the way. I give everyone a well-deserved five-star review and highly recommend Warby Parker to anyone looking for a great eye exam and an exceptional glasses-buying experience!
