- CSCedric Shields Sr.5 days ago5.0I was treated as if I was a VIP. A very important person indeed. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the nurse Dan, he asked if I had an appointment. I responded yes. Dan said you don't have to sign in come to the desk. He took my information and asked me to have seat, stating the he had sent some additional information to my cell phone, and after I complete it , let him know. Upon completion, I notified Dan. He escorts me to the exam room. He had to ask me several questions about my medical history because I had a 45 minute appointment to get my DOT, Department of Transportation physical for driving tracker trailers. He took my blood pressure, did a vision test, took my Temperature, did a hearing test, check my oxygen level. I think that was everything. The asked me to have a seat and the doctor would be in soon. Dan was very professional, and curtius toward me, he answered any questions that I had in a manner that was easy to understand. Then Doctor Mike walked in, greeted me with a smile and a handshake, stating his name. I told him my name. He asked if my was Sr. Because they have have my name exactly as it is on my driver's license for the state to complete my application. Then I looked at my license and Sr was not on it. I thanked Doctor Mike, then he opened the door and asked Dan to correct my name in my chart because the name on my chart has to match what the state has. Doctor Mike asked several medical history questions to verify that he had the correct information in my chart. Doctor Mike was very nice easy to talk too, but very thorough. I give them five Gold stars and two thumbs ups I highly recommend this clinic. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👍🏾 👍🏾

Daniel, the nurse, was not only professional and efficient, but also genuinely kind and human—something you don’t always find these days. He made my vaccine appointment for my visa adjustment quick and easy, handled the paperwork, and gave the shots smoothly (barely felt them). He also explained everything clearly. Definitely my go-to place in Cincinnati from now on. Thank you, Daniel !!
