- NLneil liuAug 22, 20261.0Disrespectful Management and Dishonest Front Desk – Unacceptable Treatment for Long-term Families My child has been training at this club since she was 5 years old and has been a dedicated student here for two years. However, the way this club treats long-term returning families is absolutely appalling and full of arrogance.When trying to register for the upcoming Orange Ball clinic, we were told the class was full. When I called the front desk to politely ask about the waitlist and membership status, the receptionist was completely dishonest. First, she claimed that only "two or three" students in the class were members. When I pointed out the logical flaw—that I called at 7:00 AM on the exact morning registration opened for non-members, so it was impossible for others to be ahead of me—she immediately changed her story and rudely snapped, "Oh, actually, they are all members." I also sent an email directly to the tennis directors to request assistance as a returning player, but it was completely ignored with zero response. After dedicating two years of our time, trust, and tuition to this club, being treated with lies and pure silence makes us feel completely disrespected. If you are a non-member family, be prepared to be treated like a second-class citizen here, no matter how many years of loyalty you show. We are happily taking our business to a modern, professional, and respectful club elsewhere. Harper's Point has an arrogant culture that desperately needs to change.
