  I was not sure what to expect, but my stretching session was wonderful. Friendly staff. Katelyn, my flexologist was remarkable. I left the Stretch Lab knowing I'd be scheduling another session soon!

  As a senior aged man, despite regular exercise, muscle and associated joint tightness and decreased ROM have been a problem for me. I regularly stretch before and after exercise, but the stretching at Stretch Lab is next level. Better and longer benefits than massage. While many work to maintain and build strength, flexibility is so often overlooked. Stretch Lab addresses this problem. But, not all "Stretchers" are the same. Seara is the BEST! As a health care provider myself, I recognize when someone has healing hands. My only hesitation in posting this review is that too many others may discover Seara and fill up her schedule.

  I highly recommend visiting the stretch lab at least once. I noticed a big difference after my first visit. I’ve had on going issues with my hip for the past few years. And I’m happy to now say what hip issue😊Thanks Harrison
