  Services were great but beware on cancelling your plan. It is difficult; can’t be done by text, in the app, or in person. You must email or call the general manager and wait for it to be processed. When I signed up, I was told you have to cancel a couple days before the billing cycle ends. I cancelled 6 days ahead but was billed automatically the following month. Then learned the true policy is “ The cancellation is a 30-day notice with always one more billing cycle due...”. They always charge you one more month after you cancel.

  Stretch Lab is a huge part of my weekly routine. Special thanks goes to Sarah and Kara for their amazing support and to Whitney and Nicole for getting me into the compression boots! I couldn’t imagine a week without having a stretch!

  I have a couple visits left & with my schedule, it’s not convenient to get in for me right now. I called and asked if one of my visits can be given to my husband. I believe I spoke to Whitney, who asked a manager, and they told her that he can use one of my visits. Before my husband went in on Monday to use that visit, they called him and told him that it had to be pay for it, I had texted to find why we were promised this and why they changed it, and no one has responded to me. I think this is very unprofessional to promise the customer, and then change without any explanation and not respond. I’ve been a very good customer there, and their prices are very expensive.
