  Services were great but beware on cancelling your plan. It is difficult; can’t be done by text, in the app, or in person. You must email or call the general manager and wait for it to be processed. When I signed up, I was told you have to cancel a couple days before the billing cycle ends. I cancelled 6 days ahead but was billed automatically the following month. Then learned the true policy is “ The cancellation is a 30-day notice with always one more billing cycle due...”. They always charge you one more month after you cancel.

  I had called to cancel my appointments due to my husband going in the Veterans Home and the cash flow was going to be extremely tight. She agreed to stop all sessions, but the next thing I know my bank was charged. I cannot afford this anymore and that’s why I canceled. Please send me back my money!

  I really enjoy Stretchlab (SL) the problem is scheduling and be careful to use your stretches in time. The problem is the staff clearly just comes in for pre scheduled appointments. So you can’t wake up and decide to go to SL. If you go to the website 99% of the time these are no appointments. Not because they are slammed and booked solid. It is just the staff only gets scheduled when there are pre-esxisting appointments. I can’t remember precisely what I purchased, but it was around five stretches. I would decide on Friday I wanted to go on Saturday and there was never any appointments. Again, not because they were so busy, just because people weren’t scheduled because they weren’t appointments. I also didn’t realize I had to use My prepaid stretches within a certain timeframe. So when I later tried to book them, I realized they had timed out. I was under the impression I had just purchased five stretches. But when you purchase them, you purchased them to be used within a certain time timeframe. So be careful with that, unless they’ve changed since I used it. It was kind of double edged because when I wanted an appointment, they didn’t have any available and then when I wanted to use the appointment they were expired. I lost probably $100-$150, I can’t remember.
