  While the actual couple’s massage was very pleasant and relaxing, our overall visit to Real Wellness was a bit disappointing due to a few operational and communication issues. First, the parking setup can be confusing. The building has an attached parking lot, but guests aren't allowed to park there - a detail you only discover upon reaching the front door. Having clearer signage outside would be very helpful so guests can head straight to street parking without the confusion. Once inside, we experienced a 30-minute delay past our scheduled appointment time. Management kindly offered a 10% discount, but given the significant wait, it felt a bit minimal. Additionally, there was no intake process or initial consultation. We weren't asked about any focus areas, preferences, or pre-existing injuries, and the therapists simply jumped right into the service. Lastly, while the front desk staff was friendly, the atmosphere at reception felt a bit too talkative for a serene spa setting where guests are trying to unwind. The massage therapists themselves did a lovely job, but with a bit more attention to front-of-house organization, client intake, and noise levels, the overall guest experience could be much better.

  Highly Recommend! My husband and I were in town celebrating our anniversary, decided to book a couples massages and added the sauna! Everything was perfect and relaxing. Great customer service & atmosphere!

  My massage was great and super relaxing. It was the perfect way to spend time with my wife on our anniversary. We added the sauna before the massage and it was the perfect way to start. I would highly recommend.
