I was fortunate to get to take advantage of the free barre week a few months ago! I tried to maximize it and took 6 classes that week! It was tough but I fell in love with it so fast! I’m now 2 months into it and I go 5 days a week and have seen amazing results and get compliments on muscle tone. Each instructor brings their own unique flare to the classes. I’m always trying to get people to come barre with me! The membership costs posted are pricey but so far I have really appreciated the membership deals offered which are much more reasonable.
