I've been calling this location for over a year in an attempt to request my X-rays. Everytime I call, it's the same thing. "You have an old address on file" everytime I call in, that's what I get told. They apologize, supposedly update the address, they say it will take time for the request to come in the mail and nothing shows. I'm patient, I don't mind working through issues, and I understand accidents and problems can occur (especially as someone who's been in customer service for years). For whatever reason, the receptionist on the phone got extremely defensive with me the last time I tried to explain that this incident is happening over and over. I think maybe it was because of that, and I was also asking about whether or not the doctor would sign a work-related form of mine, so the receptionist was just a bit annoyed but who knows. I still haven't received my X-rays after all this time but the doctor did call me back after that phone call, to which she said to me that harassing her employees would not be tolerated. I was so confused, instantly just felt like I upset someone and apologized. But reflecting back, there was definitely no reason to apologize. If the receptionist accused me of harassment, she should have said literally anything along the lines of it. Never once did I feel like I was pressuring her with my two requests. If she really felt that bad because of me, then of course I would feel bad but I think grossly misinterpreting the call to the point of accusing me of harassment is a bit wild. I feel like at this point, I'm just bothering them if I call so I'll go get X-rays somewhere else.

I want to be fair: the first time I saw Dr. Adams for a toenail problem, he resolved it better than any previous doctor I had seen for the same issue. That experience gave me confidence in him. Unfortunately my second experience was very different. I came to him with a small cyst on the bottom of my foot. He immediately recommended surgery in an outpatient surgery center, and then ordered an ultrasound and MRI. At my pre-op appointment one week before the scheduled surgery he informed me for the first time that I would be non-weight bearing for two weeks post-procedure. When I expressed genuine concern about how I would manage that, his response was ā€œI can't help you with that, I’m not your social worker.ā€ That comment was dismissive, unkind, and frankly unprofessional. Dissatisfied, I sought a second opinion. The new podiatrist reviewed the same MRI and identified plantar fasciitis as a likely underlying cause of my pain — something that arguably should have been considered before recommending surgery. Conservative treatment (cortisone shot, orthotics and exercises) by the second doctor has resolved my issue beautifully without surgery. Dr. Adams may be skilled in certain procedures as my first visit demonstrated. But in my experience he was too quick to recommend surgery without even conducting tests, failed to discuss important post-operative realities upfront, did not appear to fully explore what the MRI was telling him about other possible causes of my pain, and responded poorly when I expressed understandable concern. Patients deserve better than that.

Excellent service. He was very thorough and careful to make the procedure complete. Besides I enjoyed the conversation with him as we discussed the up coming holiday.

I have been going to PAC for a couple of years now. Dr. Adams is always thorough, personable, and helpful in treating my diabetic neuropathy. I highly recommend their help. The staff has always been good also.
