  I had an amazing experience with this oral surgery office. From the moment I walked in, the front office staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The surgical assistant was kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Yildirim performed my sons wisdom teeth removal, and I couldn't be more impressed with the care I received. He was professional, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The procedure went smoothly, and I felt well cared for every step of the way. I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs an oral surgery. The entire team goes above and beyond to provide exceptional patient care. Thank you all for such a positive experience!

  Dr. Waters and Ashley were great. The entire staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Chase was in and out rather quickly and quietly. He is feeling pretty well here on day 4 after getting all 4 impacted wisdom teeth surgically removed. The pain protocol works great when you stay ahead of it. We didn’t even fill the narcotic and just chose the Tylenol and Advil pain procedure. He isn’t having any complications so far, instead, he is very tired and resting more than usual.

  The patient onboarding and pre-appointment process requires updating to focus on key patient details using improved online tools. The current process is an unnecessarily lengthy online form , including everything possible, with no automation or customer usability built in. The stack of office forms you are handed when you arrive were created in the last century and are largely redundant. I have no issue with the overall medical care I received. Everyone was professional and my appointment was on time.

  My daughter had 4 wisdom teeth removed and the process from beginning (online convenient consult) to end (pick up after surgery) was smooth and easy. Instructions were clear from pre to post op. They obtained a pre estimate so it was clear what I would owe the day of surgery. I rarely had to ask questions as the info was provided. So far, recovery is going well and no complications. Pain is minimal. My daughter feels it went well and no complaints from her. There was a hiccup with getting a prescription filled and was going to take a star off for the frustration that initially caused, BUT, it all worked out and is fine. I even received a call from the Dr apologizing for the mishap and that goes a long way. All said, we would recommend and I’m planning to bring my son next summer to get his wisdom teeth out.

  Honestly, I was a little wigged-out about having one molar and four wisdom teeth removed, but it was necessary. I had a tooth pulled years ago and it was a barbaric experience. My dentist recommended Oral & Facial Surgery Associates. Night and day! The entire team from front of the house to the surgeon and assistants were amazing!! Incredibly professional, detailed and kind. I felt comfortable and trusted them to take care of me. Which they did with flying colors! There was absolutely NO PAIN during the entire procedure. Dr. Yavuz Yildirim, D.D.S., M.D., is a wizard! I had no bruising of facial swelling. The post-surgery pain management regimen worked beautifully. Directions were clearly written and easy to follow once home. I can't imagine a better experience with oral surgery than what I had with Oral & Facial Surgery Associates. Dr. Yildirim went so far in his care of the patient to personally call me later that evening to see how I was doing. Five Stars all the way! I'd say I couldn't wait to get another tooth pulled by Dr. Yildirim.... but, I'll just go back for the implant.
