  I was referred to several oral surgeons by my dentist for me to choose, this was the only one that replied, had competent office staff & easy online registration. The day of my procedure with smooth as silk - very nice & capable staff, warm blankets, easy IV start, off to sleep w/o issue, easy waking. Dr Yildrim was easy to speak with, explained things simply, very competent. Very satisfied with the whole process. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Absolutely thrilled with experience. I’m 66, very nervous to have 2 wisdom teeth extracted. Dr. Waters spent about 30 minutes with me of my 45 minute consultation the day before. He is an incredible person. His staff is excellent. Day of surgery, right on time. Talked a couple of minutes with Dr. Waters. I was out in less than a minute and remember nothing! Following his non opioid pain regimen, I am still pain free 24 hours later. Absolutely no swelling (both teeth were on right side, upper/lower). He personally called my wife late in the afternoon after surgery to check on me. I couldn’t possibly give a higher recommendation!

  My daughter’s wisdom teeth extraction went so smoothly! She was out of sugery after a very short time. I love how practical and detailed Dr. Waters is with his communication and protocol. It makes it so easy to follow the instructions and we feel confident in the recovery process. Best of all, he doesn’t waste time on fads and hacks, just scientific evidence. Thank you for a great experience!

  I don’t know where to begin. From the very first phone call to leaving the office post-op, every step of this experience was handled with professionalism and genuine care. I worked with Dr. Glen Waters to have my wisdom teeth removed, and I can’t say enough about him. He is kind, knowledgeable, and remarkably easy to talk to. He walked me through everything clearly and thoroughly: no fluff, no unnecessary upsells, just honest expertise and exceptional bedside manner. The front office staff made scheduling a breeze. They were warm, responsive, handled insurance seamlessly, and made check-in quick and easy. The surgical team was equally impressive. Every nurse who took vitals, drew blood for PRF, or set up my IV was gentle and reassuring. The procedure itself was completely painless. Pre- and post-op instructions were clear, timely, and covered everything I needed to know for a smooth recovery. Dr. Waters and his entire team turned what can be a stressful experience into something genuinely positive. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. This was the best possible version of a surgery experience.

  I truly can’t say enough great things about Oral and Facial Surgery Associates, LLC in Cincinnati. From the moment you walk in, you’re not treated like just another patient — you’re treated like family. Becky, Emily, Lindsey, Dr. Waters, and Dr. Yildirim are all absolutely incredible. Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond in every way possible. They are not only highly skilled and professional, but also genuinely kind, caring, and attentive. You can tell they truly love what they do and care deeply about their patients. The office is state-of-the-art, everything is handled smoothly and efficiently, and they take the time to explain everything so you feel comfortable and confident. Their level of support and helpfulness is something you don’t find often these days. The procedure itself was completely painless and truly fear-free thanks to both the staff and the doctors. I had no problems at all, and the recovery time was surprisingly brief. I feel incredibly blessed to know this team. They made what could have been a stressful experience into something positive and even enjoyable. That says a lot. I highly, highly recommend them to all family and friends — you will be in the best hands possible. Believe it or not… I can’t wait to go back 😊
