Home Health Aides provide service to individuals in their own homes and communities, who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, disability and/or other inflictions. Personal Care may include assistance with the activities of daily living, homemaking, laundry, meal preparation, transportation, companionship and respite care.
Must have good customer service and communication skills Clean driving record Must be able to assist clients in and out of car as needed (including wheelchair at times) Willing to go the extra mile to provide excellent service for our clients Perform pre-trip inspections of vehicles and keep a clean interior and exterior of vehicle
Basic Training for First Aid and CPR CPR Training – Instruction and Hands-On Basic Life Support Monitoring Patient’s Vital Signs Infection Control Procedures and Precautions Assisting Patient with ADL (Activities of Daily Living) Mobility Assistance Techniques Basic Wound Care and Dressing Changes
