AMAZING service! Paul was so helpful! We had two mobility scooters delivered to our hotel. They looked brand new and very clean! They were super simple to assemble, if needed for a trunk. Also, very easy to operate and worked great! The battery life was so long that we didn’t even need to charge the entire weekend. Paul even went over and beyond recommending some local spots for our visit. Will definitely use again if the need arises and would confidently recommend to anyone!

My group and I were EXTREMELY happy with the service we received from Mobility Plus while in Cincinnati. The scooters were great and it made our four day stay so much more enjoyable. VERY reliable and professional. Thank you Paul.

From the moment I called to ask if the store could help repair my scooter, Paul was knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel like a person, not just a problem he had to deal with. He provided a quote over the phone for the part I needed, and when it arrived at the store, I pulled in and Paul met me in the parking lot to install it right there! The cost was incredibly reasonable and exactly matched the quote he originally gave me. It’s clear that Paul genuinely cares about helping people, not just making a sale. I know I’ve found the right mobility store for any future repairs my scooter may need.
