- ALAlly LuvJan 7, 20191.0This place is a rip-off. SCAM SCAM not even half a star. They wouldn’t cancel our order after the same day that we made the deposit of $700. Steve kept up-selling the $3500 products knowing no one can’t afford. He kept on insisting to try it and not to worry since they have a 30-free returning policy! We called to cancel but they kept saying wait until it comes in then come in to cancel. Also they kept telling us that we need to come in to cancel, can’t do it over the phone! They tricked us into so many things. Finally, we made a appmtnt and came in to cancel to get our $700 deposit back but then was told had to pay $395 restocking fee. We got so mad and went off on them about the whole trick how they gave us a run-around. We went off on the receptionist Angela because she lied to us about cancellation policy as well as Steve did. Now we re contacting our credit card to get out money back. Also will contact the BBB and our attorney. SCAM, BEWARE, SCAM ARTISTS
