Dr. Blankman was awesome, very thorough and explained everything to my daughter. Somer was fantastic helping my daughter pick out her glasses after and love the clear explanation of options and cost.

When I came in today they made me sign for my glasses which is cool with me. But no open the box and make sure they're yours.... No hey let's sit down and make sure everything fits right. Just good bye! these glasses cost over $700 dollars. did I pay that no! my insurance did. regardless LensCrafters made the $700 dollars. I'm just now trying them on and of course one of the lenses is loose as can be and why is that because someone didn't sit me down and take 5 minutes to make sure everything was ok. LensCrafters has lost it's customer service. I'll be back for a refund.
