Emma Barker and Kristen Gibson were absolutely excellent in helping us and making sure we were taken care of. They went above and beyond and provided exceptional customer service. We truly appreciate how kind, helpful, and professional they were. Exceptional service from both of these ladies!

- NPNamita ParikhJul 26, 20261.0HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I came here to get an annual eye examination done. First off they force you to get a retina imaging done as a mandatory step. Most eye insurances do not cover this and the charges have to be borne by the patient as out of pocket. The examination itself is very uncomfortable with bright lights flashing into your eyes which make you feel blinded for a few minutes. My family will not be coming back to this location ever. Hope this review helps you make a better decision before visiting this location.

It is always a pleasurable experience to be able to work with such nice people who genuinely appreciate my business. It is just so nice to be treated so nicely. I have had the experience at other eyeglass outlets where the customer service personnel acted inconvenienced because they had to put their phones down to take the time to answer my questions which they did half-heartedly. LensCrafters has earned my repeat business.
