  Absolutely awful management. I have been a loyal customer at this location for over 16 years, routinely purchasing multiple pairs of glasses at a time. After my recent experience, I will never return. I purchased two pairs of glasses at the same time with a updated prescription. After taking a few weeks to adjust to the first pair, I switched to the second. I experienced immediate vision issues and, upon closer inspection, noticed that the highly polished edges I paid extra for were never finished correctly.I took them back, expecting a simple adjustment, a focal point remeasurement, or for them to finish the polishing. While the sales associate, Marvin, did his best to help, nothing improved my sight. When he consulted his manager about a remake, she completely shut it down. She stated I was two weeks past the 30-day return window and that because I didn't buy the protection plan, they could do nothing but offer 1/2 off a brand-new set of lenses. I explained that since I bought two pairs, a consecutive 30-day window (60 days total) to test both was only logical and fair. She refused and hid behind "company policy," completely ignoring my 16-year history with the store. Key takeaways before you shop here: 1: The 30-day warranty is hidden: They do not explicitly warn you about the tight 30-day window. If you must shop here, only buy one pair at a time. 2: The "protection plan" is an absolute trap: Even if you have never broken a pair of glasses in your life, you must buy it just to protect yourself from their poor workmanship. 3: No accountability: They do not stand behind their product and take zero responsibility for manufacturing flaws. 4: Zero loyalty to customers: They value a rigid policy over a 16-year relationship. I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

  I had a 10/10 experience! Kristen was so helpful in helping me find frames and made the process so easy. They’re not pushy at all and very helpful

  Nearly impossible to change or cancel an appointment. Have tried calling for days and no one answers. Also have tried to reach them via their website and it does not accomodate this. For a large corporation I would have expected far better. Now I have to take a long drive down to their office to see if there is an actual human there so I can cancel the appointment.

  My wife had a crisis with her glasses after one of the lenses was scratched by the button clasp on her case. Emma Barker and Kristen Gibson were absolutely excellent in helping us and making sure we were taken care of. They went above and beyond and provided exceptional customer service. We truly appreciate how kind, helpful, and professional they were. Exceptional service from both of these ladies!
