- LRLeiah RoubenDec 1, 20251.0Drive thru is a terrible experience. The wait times are always 30mins and when the pharmacy opens at 8am. It is not open. The window stays closed until more staff arrive. It is very inconvenient and inefficient.
- RPRebecca PocaiMay 16, 20201.0I have, twice in the past, had problems cancelling refill prescriptions. But this last problem was a real doozy...my dd, who has panic disorder, thought she received the wrong medication. So as soon as she got it in the drive through she drove around and dropped me off at the front to take it in and return it. The lady at the counter claimed it could not be returned and said she would have to throw it out, but issued a refund to my copay. She took the medication from me. My dh, after my dd had straightened things out with her psychatrist office, went to get the prescription after having the office call it in again. Kroger pharmacy then told us we received it already and no return was recorded. Therefore they could not give us her medication.....this stuff she is on is is dangerous to quit cold turkey....she absolutely cannot go without it. Im completely done with this pharmacy....they need to do better at their record keeping. If the return was recorded properly this wouldn't even be an issue.
