  The staff is always friendly. However I have had numerous issues not being able to fill prescriptions be sure they do not have them in stock. I've also had a lot of issues where doctors and dentists have sent prescriptions to them and when I get there, the pharmacy has no record. Even when I check back with those doc offices they state it was already sent and they've had to resend it. It just takes so long to get things filled when there are issues like that and some prescriptions are needed asap.

  This is hands down the slowest and worse pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. God forbid your prescriptions get sent here and you are sick or in pain....I've waited several days before receiving my prescriptions...one took 2 weeks to get. I've been notified that prescriptions were ready, only to arrive and told they are not ready. I currently have 3 sick babies, and even tho they called and asked us about them, they still were not ready. If there's a was a different pharmacy close that took my insurance, I'd go with it in a heart beat. I wholeheartedly do not recommend

  Horrible. They claimed I needed a pre-authorization (PA), but couldn't tell me why (insurer later told me it was because of an increased dosage). They then told me I could pay out-of-pocket and then file a back-dated PA and be reimbursed by them later. When my doctor's office called them to provide PA they told the doctor that they didn't need it. Now they tell me they cannot use the back-dated PA or reimburse me because it's been three weeks and their system doesn't go back that far. This prescription was over $800 and I'm out that money owing to this pharmacy's incompetence.
