  If I could rate this place a 20/10 I would. Dr. Kolle was amazing. He was kind, attentive and helpful. I want to give a big thanks to Rachel, the office manager and Maddie for being so patient with me while trying contacts on for the first time. They sat there with me for over an hour, answering all my questions and giving me tips. They did not show any frustration or annoyance towards me. Tfrom the moment I walked in until I left, everything was perfect. I recommend this office of Pearle Vision to anyone!

  As we were about to leave, I was asked to sign a printout called a “Super Bill” where the worker drew an X and a line for me to sign. When asked what it was for she mentioned something about possibly charges the insurance may not pay for. I stated that should’ve been discussed prior to asking me to sign something. When asked for a copy, I was refused several times and wouldn’t show me this “Super Bill” again so I could take a picture of it. I stated “so basically you’re refusing me a copy of something you asked me to sign related to my services outside of my insurance?” On a follow up call from office, I was told I can now get a copy of this “Super Bill” and it would be emailed with diabetes form. Then that changed to I can drive all the way back out there to get a copy of what I was just denied several times in the office. Never have I ever had this happen anywhere else for an eye exam. Up until then, the eye exams were very pleasant and professional.

  Everyone was professional and explained everything so I could understand as I was getting my first pair of glasses.
