- MEMatt Eidemiller3 days ago5.0Kim at Eyemart Express came to my rescue today when my eye glasses broke in a most magnificent way. I stopped into the Colerain Ave location, provided my existing prescription details, and picked out replacement frames from the office's generous inventory. Kim informed me of a new customer buy-one-get-one free special, enabling me to order my prescription in both clear and sunglasses tint. Both sets of glasses were ready in less than an hour, something that really impressed me given my progressive lenses. I can't say enough about Kim and the Eyemart Express team. They are my vision heroes!

She was wonderful and I paid for two pairs of glasses vs one just because of Kim being so helpful. Thank you Kim! I would recommend anyone to come see you! 🩷

They told me one price over the phone, but once I came for my eye exam and saw that I was paying with my HSA account I was charged quite a higher fee. I was cheated. I feel like a scam was ran. I was definitely frauded out of pricing.
