- EWErick WebsterMay 5, 20261.0I called and set up an appointment so that I could get contacts before I went on vacation. I gave all my insurance information when I scheduled the appointment and they said they would call me if there was any issues with my insurance info well fast-forward two weeks to my appointment I never got a call from them with any issues on my insurance so I show up for my appointment And they say they don’t take it so I had to request off of work, lose pay, All because they are lazy and didn’t do their job. I would give this -100 stars if I could. I will never be back here. My kids will never be back here. My parents will never be back here anybody I know that I can keep from coming here. I will. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at an eye place.
