  Fantastic doctor, quickest eye appointment ever. When I had an issue with one of my contacts they got back with me quick and I was able to get a new one same day no issues.

  I got my first ever pair of glasses from here. I drive big trucks for a living and had to get a DOT. They said I needed glasses before end of year and this place just so happen to be right beside the dentist I was going to that day. Knowing I needed them soon I figured why not. I did not research this place. I didn't know how anything was supposed to go because I dont normally wear glasses. I did an eye exam very quick, paid for that and then went to get my glasses. I picked out a pair and they said it would be 30min-hour until they were ready. I went to go get food while I waited. When I came back they had my glasses prepared in a case with an eye glass cloth. Nice. I put them on and they were blurry. He said that was normal. I'm not if that is true or not. (My husband who does were glasses said i was not supposed to squint during my exam, i was not told that. I had no idea.) It was almost $300 for one pair not including the eye exam. I thought that was normal. I get back to my hotel and an af pops up for this place and it says eye exams are way cheaper than mine was and that glasses were BOGO for first time customers. I mentioned to both the eye doctor and the lady in the front that this was my first ever pair of glasses. Not ONE single employee mentioned this deal or the discounted eye exam. I know now after doing research that I. Would have saved over $100 and got a second pair of glasses had the employees let me in on these deals or even mention anything. I feel jipped and lied to. 😓😫 but at least I got glasses I guess, even though they are hard to see out of sometimes.

  I would give 0 stars if I could. Don't waste your time with this place. They don't answer the phone and they won't call you back. Find a place with some professionalism!

  I took two pairs in that I got last year. One was a sunglasses pair the other was a work pair. They looked at the sunglasses and said they could replace with the new lens. Then she looked at the work pair and said they wouldn’t replace the lens. Because the frames were nicked up a little and the ear piece had a little green on it. I explained they were work glasses and I didn’t care what they looked like. She refused to replace the lens on them. Remember I wasn’t asking for anything to be under warranty or anything. That didn’t make any sense to me. I’m guessing they lost a $500+ today.
