  I just received my second pair of Lindberg eyeglasses, which were custom made, and they are fabulous. This is the second pair of Lindberg's I have owned but have purchased several other brands in the past. Eye 1 has the best selection of glasses anywhere. David, Grace, and Deidra were wonderful to work with and made sure I was truly happy with my purchase. I highly recommend them.

  I just picked up my second pair of frames from Eye 1, after making my first purchase about 3 years ago. Both times, I've come away absolutely thrilled with my glasses and get loads of compliments on the unique styles all the time. My optician Katrina knew their inventory well and quickly identified the shapes and styles that worked best for me, honing in on the perfect pair in record time. I had to level up to progressive lenses this time as well, which was a bit daunting. However, the quality of the lenses is outstanding. They don't seem to bill via insurance; however, they offered a discount on my eyewear because of my insurance program and I just need to take another step of submitting my receipt to my insurance company for reimbursement, which is a small task for such fantastic eyewear. I enthusiastically recommend all my friends and colleagues to shop for new frames here whenever I can and will go back when I want to add a third pair to my wardrobe!

  I am thrilled with my newly acquired eyeglasses ! Eye 1 has a large and varied selection of frames, and salesperson Katrina was nothing but wonderful - in a matter of minutes I selected a pair from several that Katrina presented to me - she has a great eye and really knows her stuff !

  I have visited twice in a period of time and have been disappointed both times. Unfriendly and could careless if staff sincerely tried to helpful. Never will waste my time again.

  We were looking forward to checking this place out because of the selection they seemed to offer on the web. However, one of the staff was very rude and told us that she had never heard of the brand that we were after, even though it was advertised on their website. Also, she reminded us very rudely that the store's closing time was 6:00 p.m., a fact that we were very much aware of. Not to mention, for their prices, I think they could stand to stick around for another ten minutes to make a sale. An all around bad experience, which is too bad because we like to support local businesses.
