Never Met with Dr Deborah Valido. We met with another associate doctor. Mr. I forget his name. He was the in and out type of doctor. Fast food style type of man. He wasn’t rude or anything. He just wasn’t as detailed in explaining the changes that may have occurred over the last few years with my eyes as I would have liked him to be especially working with NEW CUSTOMERS/PATIENTS EYES. I think there’s room for improvement there. People’s eyes, ears, mouth, teeth, anything on the head is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT and we as paying customers want to feel the love, the sincerity, the certainty and confidence from PROFESSIONALS. Overall they were all nice which is why I rate Lenses Crafter a 2.5 . It doesn’t allow for half ratings which is why 3 stars show. But to make things RIGHT I would love to hear from Dr. Deborah Valido and listen to her explain what my Co pay paid for. I wanna see what’s goin on or what may have changed with my own eyes. Respectfully!

My experience with Dr. Deborah Valido and Lencrafters was fantastic. I was able to get a same day appointment and the cost was very reasonable. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome as soon as I entered the building. Dr. Valido provided a wealth of knowledge during my exam and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I highly recommend this location and Dr. Valido.
