From Carrie ours sales person, to the ladies at the office, and finally the installers, everyone was extremely kind and professional. The installation was on time, no mess and two very nice guys who walked my parents through their new stair lift systems. The two stair lift systems that were installed are top of the line. I can’t say enough great things about 101 Mobility! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

- MEMary EldridgeMay 4, 20265.0My stair lift was installed on April 30, 2026. The three gentlemen that did the installation were very professional and meticulous. The multiple adjustments that were made to make the operation perfect did not deter them from accomplishing the goal of a product that worked flawlessly. I do not think I would have the patience that they did. All of them were very friendly and made sure that I understood the operation and maintenance that is needed for the stair lift. I would recommend your company to anyone who is in need of this product. From the salesman, Jeff, to the installers, your staff is top notch.

I called 101 Mobility of Cincinnati and Dayton after a friend of mine had to have a ramp put in for his wife and said he would not consider anyone else. I am so pleased with the price of the ramp but am mostly pleased with the service 101 Mobility provided. When I called and told them that my wife would be coming home on 4-1-26 they had the ramp installed in 4 working days and did it in 2.5 hours. Thank You, Elmer & Freda
