Had a fall and scratched my new lens Dr.Borntrager went above and beyond to get them fixed for me. There was also a time I had a vision emergency and they were quick to instruct me what to do to get it evaluated immediately. We are very appreciative and confident of the care we receive there.

I’d like to keep my current glasses, since they were a very expensive GIFT but you won’t fix them when it’s your fault they’re wrong!!! The office girl told me my eyes must have gotten better! What a JOKE! I will NOT be coming back, not like you care though. Hopefully I save someone else this trouble.
