  The team member who answered was unsure of the reason for my call so she rerouted me to a very knowledgeable and kind hearted nurse to handle the situation. The nurse did handle this situation with the outmost respect and professionalism. - We are a funeral home trying to help the families we serve just as Miracle City did, and it is so very nice that this nurse cares just as much as we do. God bless nurses like Ms. Renda and if the home office reads these reviews please reach out to "Nurse Sara" and let her know she did a great thing today by going above and beyond for the family your organization cared for.   The Staff & Nurse- Tanyon "T", Intake Bridgett. that spent time our loved ones Tina Parfitt were truly remarkable. They stayed around the clock with genuine loving, caring and comforting approach in every interaction with our loved one and all her family and friends. We truly appreciate all your support and compassion❤️ During this every difficult time!!!💔

  Miracle City and its staff are truly wonderful. They helped take care of my loved one and provided her with someone to socialize with at her care facility when she became too weak to leave her room. It helped ease my families' mind to have additional eyes on my loved one and know how she was doing when they would contact me with regular updates. Even after my loved one's passing, they followed up with me often through calls and mailings to help support the family in the grieving process if needed which I did not expect. Thank you Miracle City for all you do to support families and their loved ones in some of the most difficult circumstances a person can go through.

  My husband has Miracle City .from the Dr's ,Nurse's, Social Workers and Volunteers we couldn't find a better hospice team. They are here for us 24./ 7. Thank you Miracle City

  Vista Springs has been working with Miracle City Hospice for the past six months. The MCH staff treat our community members and families with compassion and respect. Communication with our staff and been exceptional.
