- TCTracy CreegerMay 13, 20261.0THIS COMPANY IS IN VIOLATION OF STATE COMPACT LAWS! I am an RN who's primary license is in WV because that is my state of residence. It is a multi state license which allows me to practice in other states that are part of the Nurse Licensure Compact. I applied for a position at Addus Home Care out of the Belpre Office. They decided to "not move forward" with my hiring process because I don't have an Ohio License! Fun Fact is that Ohio became part of the Nurse Licensure Compact in 2023! Neither the HR department nor the Director of Nursing of this company seemed to be aware of this fact nor did they seem interested in hearing this information! I suggest they call their Ohio RN State Board and educate themselves! They are a boarder state for heavens sake! This was such a frustrating experience! I would not recommend this company because their upper management is obviously not familiar with important topics that directly affect their business.
