  Had the best experience purchasing frames from Warby Parker. I haven't received them yet, but the customer service was top notch. After poor to middling experiences at other eyeglass stores, this was exactly the kind of helpful service I needed to find the right fit and look. Will be shopping here again!

  I had an absolutely great experience at Warby Parker at the Greene. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, and the staff made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable. Ryan, in particular, went above and beyond with his customer service. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to walk me through different frame options and helping me find a pair that really fit my style and needs. What stood out the most was how attentive he was without being pushy, he genuinely seemed to care about making sure I left happy with my choice. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made what can sometimes be a stressful decision feel effortless. Overall, the level of service I received was top-notch, and it made a lasting impression. I would highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for quality eyewear and excellent customer care.
