Door was broke , computers were broke, and they turn me away for paperwork they didnt send me but required me to have before i got there.

I had an appointment here and I accidentally started heading to the wrong Beavercreek location (long story, but short of it - my first appointment was at the other location), which made me arrive to my second, already rescheduled, appointment at 3:51pm instead of at my appointment time of 3:40pm. Mind you I was driving and couldn't search for a number to call and had to find a parking spot in the busy area of the Greene mall, so I was understandably 1 minute late. She refused to take me for my appointment and requested I reschedule. Polite for sure but irritating! I took off work early. Did the long process of paperwork yesterday, and it was 1 minute past the 10 minute grace time frame. Seemed a bit extra to me even if I was late. I won't be coming back to that location. If you choose to go here - make sure you're heading to the right one and give yourself more time then you think you need.

If you want a doctor who actually cares then this is the place for you! i can not recommend any harder to go here. Thank you Dr Zollinger for everything you did for me and continue to do.
