- JHJody HoesJul 20, 20262.0The staff is really nice and seems knowledgeable. I purchased a pair of glasses and expressed that they didn’t seem right. After wearing them a week, I spoke with an employee and we agreed that a new pair of lenses would be ordered at no expense to me, to see if that would fix my issue. We were thinking that perhaps measurement for bifocals could be incorrect. That was on 6/9/26 that I was told they would be ordered. I checked back 6/25/26 and they still hadn’t received them. It’s 7/20/26 and I haven’t a single word from them. Now it’s too late to do anything about my glasses. It’s been two months since getting them and I don’t think I should still be nauseous when first putting them on. I’ve never had issues like this before.

Got in 5 min before my appointment time and was picking out my new frames by 9:20. Dr Rudolph was super funny and nice, explained stuff when I had questions, and got done QUICK. I do wish they had more options for frames, but it is what it is.
