  I have always used Night & Day Contacts. After going through all of the exams, she informed me she wouldn't give me a trial pair and wouldn't support me using them because she thinks they're dangerous. It's fine to give me advice; it's not fine to refuse services I've paid for. At the time, I thought she was very supportive and caring; it took me a while to realize how hoodwinked I'd been. I even walked away with a useless glasses prescription that turned out to be wrong. To make matters worse, for the last two years since I wasted all of that time and money and stress here, I haven't been able to get them to leave me alone. Calls, emails, and letters keep coming no matter how I try to stop them. I'm leaving this review two years later because I am so sick and tired of being pestered!

  Dr. Su was great! Super informative and really heard all my concerns and made sure they were addressed! Seeing better than I have in years with my updated prescription.

  From booking the appointment to the actual appointment it has been an exceptional experience. Checking in the front desk was super friendly and welcoming. She took the time to make sure I understood the paperwork. Dr. Su was so nice and knowledgeable. She actually took the time to listen to me. The appointment did not feel rushed or anything. I will definitely be going back and recommending friends and family.
