- SMsteve mustardAug 27, 20265.0I had previously purchased glasses at LensCrafters Beavercreek Fairfield Commons Mall location. With a pretty good experience overall. Today I had to have my glasses repaired. Woke up and one of the arms had just come loose and I was worried that it was going to fall off and tightening the screw was not fixing the problem. Margo one of the techs at the BeaverCreek location got to work on my glasses and within 20 minutes had them fixed, polished up and adjusted like they were before they broke. Just an incredibly friendly person and I was very thankful she was there. I can't recommend her enough.
