We won’t go anywhere else. Dr Su is great and Valerie is amazing. Valerie went above and beyond to get me the exact glasses that I wanted today. We had trouble getting everything approved and she wouldnt give up. Thank you Valerie. We appreciate it!

Dr. Su is wonderful and very helpful. She explains things well and takes your eye health seriously. Kayla helped me with purchasing my frames and she was great as well! She was able to figure out pricing and the type of lenses I needed.

Val and Josh were super helpful. I came in with a pair of damaged frames, but they were about to get them repaired and me back out the door in no time flat.

I had a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to Amber, Micah and Mireya! All of them were friendly, genuine, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, laugh at my medical glove balloon from the eye exam, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process.
What stood out most was how knowledgeable and experienced they were while still being approachable and easy to talk to. They were prompt, professional, and never made me feel rushed (while also exhibiting great patience while I made funny faces in the iPad camera lol). It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in what they do.
Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and Micah and Mireya made what could have been a routine visit into a genuinely positive experience. Thank you both for your help!

6/18/26 ....update got eye exam Dr Su, she's great, seen her for years. Very nice knowledgeable remember my name....gave me great advice...love her. Highly recommend. I did have a nice gentleman by the name of Josh help today, he was nice and they did give me a $50.00 discount for chipping my glasses last night. I went ahead and ordered a pair, hopefully they last longer then the ones I had before. They no longer do same day service so have to wait a week. Better today but still very disappointed by the previous 2 days. They are approved by my insurance and I had $100 off coupon onto my insurance.
6/17/26 ...update went back again today to get my glasses repaired waited an hour while they worked on them and they chipped my glasses on the bottom right lense....it was not chipped before ....did not fix them ...made them worse. Now I need new glasses .....had to make eye appointment to get new prescription so I can get new glasses. VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞 the manager offered my 50% off new pair but then once she found out I have insurance she said $50.00 off ....I'm so upset 😡 it was the manager this time. BEFORE and AFTER PICS BELOW ....
Horrible service!! Got my glasses there spent over 300 dollars, now they loose and I took them back to be repaired only to be told they couldn't fix them tonight I'd have to come back tomorrow....ridiculous. I thought someone was there during business hours for repairs. It was only 6:30pm 6/16/26 they open til 8pm. Very disappointed with them Do Not Recommend!! Told come back tomorrow between 1pm an 8pm.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
