They gave us each the eye tests that I specifically said we didn't need or want ! And charged us each $50 a piece after I said no to the tests in the pre paperwork! Then charges my husband another $150 for a diabetic test he didn't need and didn't tell him she was doing it!! Just an insurance and out of pocket scam!! Never again!! I wish I could do zero stars!! The billing lady was rude and told me that what I had in my email was a straight lie !! It's from your damn company and she calls me a lie !!
