I love these classes, I have felt my core strengthen and my balance improve all in just 6 months. I have been attending Brittanys classes and Loretta s classes they are great instructors. It's a very clean facility, everyone has been so friendly

I have been taking classes at the Beavercreek studio for years. No class has ever been repeated and every instructor is exceptional. There is not enough words to describe what benefits I have gained by doing Pilate!
