- MMMsAug 27, 20261.0I called to make an appointment for my family member and I wrote the time and date down on my calendar and repeated back to her and when we showed up they said they were closed yet they were there in the office on a Thursday. They did check and said my family member wasn't in their system. So with that being said we said could you schedule an appointment and the person rudely said no were closed. My family member was in extreme pain with swelling and could hardly walk. As a retired nurse I find this very unprofessional.
