I like this location but I just wish they would answer the phone because every time I call during business hours no one bothers to pick up.

I just had a VERY uncomfortable and awkward encounter at this location. After finishing a workout at Crunch Fitness next door, I decided to check out GNC and see what they had for a quick post-lift protein drink. Upon entering, I asked what I was looking for, to which I replied I was just looking. This was followed by being glared at by the employee, whom then repeated back to me “just looking” in a condescending tone. Near the back of the store, was I’m guessing a teenage employee, whom was sitting down watching tv. He tried to push buying protein on me, with a very obnoxious sales tactic after I told him I was browsing after finishing a lift next store. “You look like you could use some protein.” What?!!? Wild. I then said I was looking for a post-lift protein shake. He told me they only had one option and would be getting a lot more in soon. While I was still in the store and looking at the only said option, he started mocking me to the other employee! Repeating what I had just said in what I would describe as a tone and voice that a 5th grader would use to mock someone. It was VERY strange and I can confidently say I’ve never had an experience like this at any GNC before or Vitamin Shoppe, etc.
